MIP Case for Apple iPod Classic Hard Case with Aluminum Plating 80gb 120gb 160gb-Light Blue

Just purchased an Apple iPod Classic 160 g.b. and needed a case to protect it. I shopped for a long time, before committing to this purchase. I could not find a case for my iPod in stores and resorted to shopping on line. I chose this case because I wanted the iPod and screen to be totally protected. An iPod skin could not offer this. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was worried but, decided to give this one a try. It was delivered within a few days and after opening the item and putting it on my iPod I was extremely pleased.The color was as vibrant and I love it although if this company offered prints, I would have chosen a design. The front of the case has a nice concentric texture, and the color is very pretty. It works great! It also looks good, & fits well.The iPod is perfectly snug in this case. A good sturdy case. All the negative reviews don't do it justice.

I was really excited to get this one and another I bought for my iPod and my husbands. When we got them I was still ok with them, they were cheap looking but for the cost I was ok. But in less then an hour of having the case on the ipod the color plate came off both of them. Its stuck on there by some glue/tape strips! Cheap! If I wanted a clear case I would have bought a clear case! Don't recommend!

I have tried probably close to ten different cases in the five years or so that I've my iPod, and I can honestly say that this is the best one yet. It comes in a ton of different colors (I chose light blue because it's my favorite :D) and is extremely sturdy. I'm a clumsy person, and my iPod has survived several pretty hard falls thanks to this case. It's super easy to get on, and it stays closed tightly, unlike a lot of other two-piece cases that tend to fall off during use. The only downside is that it shows scratches more visibly than a silicone or leather case, but it's surprisingly scratch-resistant considering its materials. I've had mine for several months now (and, like I said, I've dropped it several times), and there are very few noticeable scratch marks. Overall it's a wonderful case, as durable as it is pretty. This is the first case I've had that I can honestly say I'd definitely buy again.

It was hard to understand the size but all same size thin. Need the wide size for my iPod. iPods are the best.

I have had my current gen iPod classic 160gb for about 6 months with no protection on it. As a result I am generally afraid to use it lest I damage it. I finally got around to searching for a cover and decided on this one. I am very glad I did. Not only is it a protector but it is very very cute. The screen is protected and the wheel is open and accessible. The edge around the wheel is beveled at an angle. It is easy to attach. The rear is clear plastic and the front is the aluminum. I am so very happy I bought this and can use my iPod without fear (well, for the most part).

I am pretty pleased. Decent protection for a low price. Can confirm that there is screen coverage (though I also purchased a separate item from another vendor, a screen protector). Color is vibrant. There is ribbed texture to the face as well (the clear back portion is smooth). I bought this to replace my aging case (by the apparently now defunct Rhinoskin). I haven't dropped it yet, though, but my old Other Brand case used to come apart with the device sometimes bouncing out. Item does not fit an ipod classic. The case is made incorrectly and will not close nor will it allow it to be charged. There is not a space for the charger port. False advertising.

two halves of a hard plastic case that simply snaps on to the ipod! fits perfectly! super sturdy and durable so far and cute :) i may just buy the other colors and have a little collection i can switch out <333 overall very useful and an amazing purchase at a great value!
