I love this cinnamon! I cant believe the difference between Ceylon & the cinnamon you find in grocery stores. Ceylon is smooth, almost sweet, and has a more pleasant aroma. I will never go back to regular cinnamon!

Wow this is expensive, but it is amazing how good true ceylon cinnamon can be. This is a great trial size for sprinkling on deserts or french toast.

Large quantity for the price, packaged okay. Rcvd quickly. First time I've used Ceylon cinnamon so I have nothing to compare this with other brands. Personally, I'm not a fan of this one. It tastes like bitter dust that smells like cinnamon. Very drying on your tongue. I make my own Keto chocolate popsicles which I turn into more of a Mexican chocolate flavor so I use cinnamon in them. Maybe this has to be baked in something to taste better, I don't know...yet. The Saigon cinnamon I had been using didn't give off any bitter taste or had this 'dry' element. I'll probably use the remainder outside for pest control (after refilling my spice jar) and go back to what I was using. (Ants don't like cinnamon, nor the stray cats in my hood.) win win. I'm a believer if something doesn't work out one way...I find another way to utilize it. Bottom line...I'm not going to try this again.

I was pleasantly surprised

I got this product to make some muffins for a friend who said she couldn't have regular cinnamon. She liked the muffins. I didn't. There is something off in the flavor. Or, maybe I'm "spoiled" by the cheap grocery store stuff.
