Q: Is this a hybrid sim (dual sim) version?

Just got mine today from Amazon and pleased to say it's a dual SIM model. I initially thought it wasn't because I didn't realise the 2nd SIM goes horizontally over part of the microSD card space. Given the phone has 128GB then I'm happy to forgo the microSD card to get a 2nd SIM in there! Initial impressions good and fingerprint reader works quite well. Wish they wouldn't keep moving the power button with every model!

Q: How comes this is £200 cheaper than the Samsung galaxy s10 on Samsung’s own website?

BE AWARE - IF THE SELLER IS APPLIANCES DIRECT. FYI, I contacted AD to see if their phones are UK or EU versions, and was told they only sell EU versions. I also rang Samsung for clarification, and was advised that EU versions are 3rd party MODIFIED phones, with compatible replacement power adapters, (not Samsung adaptors) which won't charge as fast. Samsung also said that they cannot be held responsible for any problems resulting from 3rd party phone modifications. Finally, EU phones are not repaired by Samsung UK, as regional phones differ in certain ways, and will need to be looked at by a 3rd party repairer in the UK, or be send to the country of origin. Please be aware of this - do you really need all this hassle. I'd advised AD that their Amazon different webpage states (UK VERSION), but clearly nothing has been done about correcting this, (of course, as it's not in their interest to do so).

Q: Will this come with Galaxy Buds included?

It depends on whether Amazon deliver the product on time (if you pre-ordered)

Hi, try Samsung website/ techradar? https://www.samsung.com/uk/smartphones/galaxy-s10/ The Interntional uses a different chipset from US version - I think? Mine was dual sim and came with European 2-pin charger as well as the std uk 3-pin.
