Q: Does it bother anyone else that they are showing the item where the door will never open? The Door rail stops and faids out.

The entire photo is computer generated. That is not photoshop, it's an area install example. There is no chain or drive on the overhead unit, no supports for the clearly small garage door, no electrical for opener, etc. I could go on and on. They just want to depict a usage for the tracks that some people may not think of and yes they do work above the garage door when it is open

the picture shows one bike. unless that's just false advertising to sell the product

Q: It says it’s adjustable.... so would this be able to be installed on a slanted ceiling?

Without seeing the slope of the ceiling, I would assume you would need to adjust one side so it is longer than the other. I mounted my rack to 2x4s on the two sides. It simplified fastening it to the joists in the garage ceiling. It also served to stiffen the unit. It is a beast.

Q: How long should it take to install one rack?

Depends on how handy you are. 2 people is helpful, but the more the merrier. Very easy to install yourself.
