Xiaomi best
Very good extension. Very good connection in my garden and on the top floor too. O ly one minus, that you need to buy UK adaptor, as it EU socket

Good router, bad description.
The router is great. Works well and is very fast.Product description however says it needs batteries (it doesn't) and fails to mention the plug is US standard, so get a 12v1a plug online if your local socket is different.

Arrived today. Power supply is EU 2 pin style so you would need suitable adapter. Powered unit and found supplied PSU didn't work. Found a similar spec PSU powered unit and connected to it via cable to setup. Eventually was able to connect to the router to setup. Set it up it restarted and ended up flashing an orange light at me and appears dead. 3 hrs and still nothing.

You need an app which is pretty rubbish
In order to make this work, you need an app on your phone which asks you for your personal info. I did not appreciate that. And then the app isn't great either- not terribly intuitive and some of the wording suggests it's been translated by someone who had no idea about the context. If you do manage to get through the set-up, it works ok. It does split into two signals of various frequencies and creates an entirely new network- or at least I haven't figured out how to make it into a flawless repeater. However, I did find it would sometimes lag the signal for a couple of seconds randomly every now and again making me freeze in online meetings which is frustrating. It also sometimes loses the main WiFi and then rather than automatically reconnect, claims there is no internet. This, luckily, does not happen often.Overall- it was an ok budget fix but I'll probably be looking at something sturdier. But then again- I suppose you get what you pay for.

Good signal strength and stable, reliable router, but...
...the manager app on IOS is a headache to force to work, also the router came with EU plug. Otherwise is a really good price/quality.
