Extremely sturdy and worth the money!
I LOVE this work station. I use it for sewing and jewelry making. The height is just what I have been looking for, no more back aches from leaning over and cutting fabric(I have a large cutting mat on the surface). It is huge and looks expensive and very professional with tons of storage. It was simple to put together (I did this alone, except for placing the tabletop on the ends). The instructions call for you to screw the top on, but I did not as it is extremely sturdy just sitting on the ends. I ordered the 2 cubicle ends and 1 tabletop, which came as 2 shipments one day apart. It took about 8 days to receive. It seemed like a lot of money, but totally worth it and very pleased! Glad I did not settle for a cheaper version.

Great Craft Table!
Overall, this is a great craft table. The pros: FAST shipping! Very well packed; everything arrived undamaged. Directions, although sparse, were easy to follow. From unpacking to fully assembled took about 1.5 hours (the second set of shelves goes fast, once you've put together the first set!) The tall height is great! Besides the two sets of shelves, lots of storage room under the table top. I love how wide the table top is! So much room to spread out! The cons: I'm a 12x12 scrapbooker, and I should have held out for a craft table that has deeper and wider shelves. I knew what I was buying, but given how I store albums and supplies, shelves that are more like 13"x13" would be heaven. In my case, the glue that comes with the kit did not hold well (you use it on the sides of the back piece, along with some nails, to secure the back piece to the shelves). Fortunately, the kit came with way more nails than what was needed, so I used the extra nails in place of the failed glue. Would I buy this again? If I couldn't find a table that had 13x13 shelves (and so far, no luck!~) then yes. Absolutely.

Sturdy, Great Price, HUGE!
I'd been eyeing the craft table that Pottery Barn sells for $1000+, ALMOST pulled the trigger. After seeing that the $1,000 Pottery Barn project table would cost a grand total of $1,400+ after shipping and tax, and I read that the one I wanted was not wood & veneer, but MDF and veneer, I decided to look around. This project table is ALMOST the same. It too is made of MDF. The table top isn't the same, and it is 1/2" taller than the Pottery Barn model. BUT it's definitely not the same price-wise and it won't be delivered with a man to put it together and put it where you want. This craft table came in 2 large and heavy boxes. I was a little intimidated by all the different pieces and little parts, but once I got the first bookcase put together, the second one went together quickly. Then it was a matter of getting the table top on top of the bookcases. No problem. I'm 5'2" tall, and if I can lift the top and put it on the bookcase you can too. Unless you're shorter than I am, which is possible, but sucks to be you if you are (kidding).I wish my craft room was big enough to just sit the table in the middle and not up against a wall, but it works that way too. There is a lot of table top space. I have my sewing machine and iMac on it.Be warned that this project center is TALL...38.5 inches. It's taking some time for me to get used to it, being that I'm so freakin' short. I still love it. You'll need a barstool if you're going to do a lot of sitting doing whatever it is you're going to be doing.

Broken and no response
Showed up with a broken top. Contacted the manufacture via phone and have received no response. I would not recommend buying this. I don’t have a banding machine to repack this pile of junk to send it back.

PERFECT!
This is perfect for my craft room! The right height for standing or counter-stool. The pieces are sturdy, perfectly cut, and machined. The number of screws, nails, etc. were accurate. Packing is perfect too. Heavy carton and strapping-covered by tape on the corners helped the pieces survive transportation.Construction is easy, though 2 people are needed to control the building process. The storage cubbies are deep, with adjustable shelves a great plus.

Poor quality
I would say that this piece is over priced. As flat packed furniture goes, this is probably the cheapest junk I've come across. It's only worth about $250 if that and they are charging $599. If I didn't need a set up like this for my projects, I would have returned it. I've spent more time trying to make it stronger so not to punch a hole through the back of shelves and fill in holes to give it a nicer appearance than it took to assemble.

Great addition to my sewing studio
After reading the reviews on this and several other work tables, I decided to purchase this one. I was a little worried that it might get here damaged or that it might have parts missing but from all the feedback any concerns sure seem to have been addresses quickly should there be a problem. My table arrived sooner than I thought it would. It came in two different boxes. Heavy yes, but very well packaged and it was in perfect condition. I need to say that FedEx did a great job delivering this to my door. My husband was very impressed with the delivery and packaging. He was also very impressed with how all of the parts fit together perfectly and that all of the parts were there. I am very pleased with this new addition to my sewing studio. The bookcase and cubby holes provide much needed storage too. I am really looking forward to using this instead of having to crawl around on the floor while cutting out patterns. Some may think this is expensive but it is so sturdy and fits together so well that I don't think you will be disappointed.
