After a hip replacement, followed by a fall with a femur fracture, my right leg became 1-1/2 inch shorter than my left. This 1-inch heel insole was easy to trim to size with the guides on the insole and fit perfectly into my shoe! I'm still 1/2 inch short on that side,but as this company wisely advises, if you add too much height your shoe won't fit right. I'm very happy with this product and plan to buy more. The price is very fair for such an item!

These lifts are great to give you that extra inch. Please note that you need shoes that will accommodate these inside of them. I mostly wear gym shoes (sneakers) so I had to really search for one that was a little higher and could accommodate these in the toe area and heel area. I am using them with Nike Winflow 8. Whatever shoe you use, you will need to remove the insert sole and put these in the shoe. I may take a day or two to get used to them. If you are under 6', these give you that extra inch and make you feel like one of the tall guys. I am 6' and love that these put me over 6'. With the Nike Winflow 8, these have an inch heel on them already, so with the inserts, I am 6'2 and its great.Highly recommended.

For guys like me that just need a small height adjustment.......so I’m not the shortest in the room. Which every short guy understands. These soles work. They are not made for comfort. They’re made to make you one inch taller. That’s it folks. I’m a fan of tallman shoes. Go to their site if you really want something expensive that will make a big difference.

I have had a leg length discrepancy since birth, and recently found this 1 inch, full insole, and thought i would try it. I had no trouble cutting it to fit into my shoe and even being an inch high, it fit comfortably in my Saucony trailblazer shoe. It gave me better balance and I haven't noticed my ankle twisting as much with this full insole vs the heel only inserts. The cost was great too, although I only needed the right insole. I'm hoping it lasts awhile, I'm happy with it so far!

First of all, size 10-14 does not work, even we cut the length right the width will not be right, not even mention how difficult to cut it in the first place, I broke my pair of scissor by cutting it. After cutting it, guess what, width does not match, I have to cut on the side too, but now the insole looks like crap due to too much cutting here and there, and it will be easier to be worn out. It is very uncomfortable too, probably the most uncomfortable insole ever, it's like stepping on a cheap plastic, solid firm!
