I'm with you. Without the USDA certification there's no way of knowing whether its actually organic. At the very least the USDA label adds authenticity.

Hey Kimmy, the bag has a green sticker that says organic, but that was applied to the bag like they must have a roll of stickers. It's not actually printed on the manufacturers packaging but added by way of a sticker.mine came in a block and I guess if it were loose it would likely melt into a block anyway.
