Central Brass 0239-P Single Handle Basin Faucet in Chrome

These were the perfect replacement for my older bathroom sink . They are well made and I was able to install them myself

When I opened this box, I just couldn’t believe how solid these are! The craftsmanship and overall quality is definitely there. These are not only made to look like they did in the old days but they have the quality of an old days item. Made to withstand years to come. I am impressed! After being installed it works great too!

It was difficult to open the faucet. So I had to take it apart and lube it. I have to do that every once in a while. I used Vaseline with graphite powder mixed in. It works well now. I have had to do this twice in say a year and a half. Otherwise, a nice product for my cabin sink.

If its weight is a sign that it's well built, then it is well built. I had purchased another brand, half plastic and half metal. That brand didn't last six months.

Missing the big nut that holds the faucet in place and I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. This was new construction so I didn't have the old one to swap it out and this is not a part that hardware stores carry (I looked) because it always comes with the faucet. Tell your wife THIS is the reason you keep that old broken faucet up on the shelf in the garage. Luckily I did which got the job done. Faucet doesn't leek and otherwise works good.
