This edition not only includes more in-depth frameworks, but also integrates clear, actionable examples involving the latest tools and technologies that every AI product manager should understand.I especially appreciated the section toward the end, which dives into AI fundamentals and different strategic approaches to tackling case interview questions. It is a great resource for both aspiring PMs and experienced product executives.Lewis continues to set the standard for product management interview prep. Highly recommended.

Too often, books gloss over the "how" when it comes to metrics. Lin doesn’t just list examples—he provides thought processes for metric tradeoffs, goal alignment, and impact analysis. After reading this section, I finally felt prepared for questions like, “What metrics would you track for a new feature rollout?” or “What would you do if DAUs dropped 20% overnight?”No book by itself is enough to prep for today's PM interviews. But combining Decode and Conquer with a lot of practice with others and you'll be ready to tackle the competitive arena of PM interviews, especially in today's market!
