Storage Bag for Glucose Meter and Other Diabetic Supplies

UPDATED ON BOTTOM 9/7/2020: I was about to order another case for more than twice the price when I ran across this case. I'm glad I ordered this high quality case. There is more than enough room to hold all of my supplies. I keep my meter, test strips, lancing device, lances, even the testing solution, in the case. I also keep 2 different pens, and a lot of needle caps, and glucose tablets in the case. There's room for 4 pens, but I only carry 2. My insulin pen is 6 1/2" long, and there's room to spare. I keep my test strips in their original round container, in the zippered pouch that is held in place by velcro, in the bottom of the case. There is room for two, 50 strip containers, or one test strip container and a container of glucose tablets. The velcro, which holds a zippered pouch and a pouch with a flap, is industrial strength velcro. The entire case is closed by a high quality, nylon, double tabbed zipper, which opens and closes very smoothly. The case is padded, but soft enough to give a little if you over pack it a bit. The purple is a soft heather purple, and there is a 6" long carrying handle. This case is extremely well thought out for diabetic needs, making organization easy. The price is more than reasonable. I'll update this review if I find a problem down the road. The case deserves more than 5 stars. UPDATE: It's been a year and a half now since I bought the case. I test 4x per day and take insulin 2x per day with Ozempic on Mondays. The case has never failed and is just as well made as the day I bought it, even though I overstock it with needles and Lance's to the point it'll barely zip. I'm buying a second one, to keep in my shop, so my supplies are always within reach. It's worth every penny, and then some.

This purple travel case was purchased for my 17 year old daughter. This is what she has to say about it, "I've had this case for over three months and it has been great! It is the perfect size to fit in my medium size-ish backpack purse. It has room for my multiple insulin pens, alcohol wipes, lancets, pen needles, meter strips, and meter. I looked at several cases and options for a travel arrangement for my diabetic supplies. I am new to this, I have a medication induced form of diabete, have never had the need to carry around so much medical stuff. I decided on this case based on the size for travel but with the amount of storage and compartment for separating all of my supplies. The top zipper cases hold my alcohol preps, testing strips, and a small notebook with pen for keeping notes. The middle flip part holds my insulin pen, emergency glucose gel, and a portable sharps container. The bottom of the case has two detachable cases. The first holds and protects my blood sugar meter. The second holds the case with my pip lancets and the pin needles for my insulin pen. This case really does do it all, I can be confident that I have everything I need when I leave my home to manage my diabetes. It fits nicely in my purse, alternately it has a sturdy strap for carriage on its own. The product arrived quickly and exactly as described. It is made of durable materials and the zippers and straps are of great quality. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious yet not overly bulky solution for carrying medical supplies on the go.

I use this case to organize my daily supplies for diabetic care. It is large enough to also use for travel. For daily use, I can store alcohol wipes, lancets, lancet pen, glucometer, 2 insulin pens, a vial of test strips, a handful of pen needle tips, 2 ink pens and notepaper. For travel, there is space for 2 additional insulin pens as well as 1-2 of the included ice packs. One side of the case has two removable pouches, one with a zipper and one with Velcro closure. The other side has two zipper compartments and elastic pen holders.. The exterior fabric is soft and attractive. The case is about the size of a large paperback book. I can easily drop it in my tote bag or l, at home, leave out for easy access. I can easily store a week’s worth of supplies.

This case is exactly what I was looking for. I carry 3 instant glucose gel packs, insulin, secondary Addison's disease emergency injection with 2 needles/syringes, preferred sweetner and Crystal Light lemonade packets. The pocket on the left holds my glucometer to confirm my bloodsugar is less than 40, due to secondary Addison's disease and charging cords. The pocket on the right holds my Omnipod pod, lancets, blood glucose strips, my prescriptions for the insulin and injection. This was exactly what I needed to carry my supplies. Due to secondary Addison's disease, my sugar drops below 40 so fast that my CMG can't alert me when it reaches 70. If I'm experiencing a normal bloodsugar drop, my CGM will alert at 70. If the sugar drop is related to secondary Addison's disease, the drop is so fast that the CGM can't alert at 70. That's why I carry 3 packs of instant glucose. When it drops like that, I know it's related to secondary Addison's disease which causes an Addison's Crisis. This case allows me to be able and have all my supplies in one case.

I bought this for my mom when she started needing insulin before meals. She needed something that could keep all the supplies and easy to take on the go but didnt need the cooling pack. This fits the test meter, strips and needles, alcohol wipes, 2 insulin pens, pen needles, and a travel size sharps box. Its easy to grab and take or keep on the coffee table without taking a lot of space.

Love this!! It keeps everything I need, and then some! It holds 3 insulin pens, alcohol swabs, spare batteries for the meter, test solution, syringes, lancets even a thermometer and pen needles. That’s just in the zippered and upper half with the elastic pockets. In the bottom (zippered pouch) I keep a meter, a container of test strips and a lancing device. In other pouch I keep my inhaler, chap stick, lip gloss and even a few pouches of goodies headache medicine. This thing is Fabulous!! My only complaint is that it isn’t water resistant, which can be very important when dealing with liquids and blood, I remedied this with some waterproofing spray. The best part, aside from how much I can fit in it, is the colour and the price for the quality. All and all a great product. I included some pics of it with everything inside, I also zipped it shut with all of the above included so you can see it actually zips with all of it…EASILY zips shut!

This diabetes supply kit is perfect. It fits everything nicely and still fits in an average size purse. I fit 2 insulin pens, bg monitor, lanset, 1 small pill case and still has 2 removable pouches, 1 for needle heads and 1 for used needle heads. Spots for journals and pens too. Even with all this it isn't too bulky. Excellent quality. It can be wiped down with a wet cloth inside or out. A very well thought out design. FINALLY.

Purchased this to upgrade the case that came with my Accu-chek Guide. (The one that came with the monitor was terrible with not even a closure on the only pouch so lancets went flying everywhere!) Definitely larger than expected, but it's great because it also holds the travel sized sharps container that I purchased simultaneously. Good buy overall.
