Best pet stain remover I’ve used. Totally eliminates my dog’s messes (urine, vomit). Easy to use, smells good, can’t even tell there was a mess afterward. Eliminates the smell, which is the most important. Seller is responsive and easy to work with. Always answers my questions right away. Once I received a banged up bottle. Product was still good but I let him know the bottle was deformed. He refunded me instantly and told me to keep the first bottle for my trouble. That’s great customer service.

Awesome product! Tried multiple products prior and this product was the only one that seemed to work the best! Eliminated the odors from my pets accidents and left a fresh scent. Highly recommended and will buy again.

It took a little color out of my cranberry rug in the test spot. But I use it on a light green rug and a Beige rug with no problem

this product did not do one thing it advertised on my carpet. I was working with old pet stains, which it did not remove, nor was the odor dissipated in any way. Of course the company guarantees a refund if you return the product, however I was so determined to eliminate the pet odor that I had nothing to return.So now I am in the process of ordering another product

It says not to dilute it!!That’s cool, if you want to spend the next 6 hours cleaning out your machine and sucking foam out of your carpet! Luckily, I did dilute it, still had a foam problem at one point.However, the fragrance isn’t that great and when I use my normal spot cleaner, it doesn’t work as well as it used to. Liquids that are shipped should be concentrated, we’ve got water!! Stupid product that’s gonna cost me more in the long run.
