I wanted a clock that was easy to read and glowed in the dark, but I didn't really want a digital one. This clock is very easy to read - big numbers - and works great at night to be able to see what time it is. It's very fashionable and lightweight to hang up easily on the wall. Pros: Big numbers - easy to read and lights up very bright at night. Keeps accurate time and battery has lasted a long time. Cons: The numbers do fade as night wears on and in the early morning, it's not glowing anymore. I'm still able to read it when I get closer to it though. Would buy again - very nice clock.

As usual, Amazon has once again delivered quite excellently on an equally-excellent product! This clock is perfect in every necessary way--the overall size is great, doesn't take up all that much space when hung, the numbers and other details are optical-friendly indeed, and it is SO QUIET!!! Nighttime brings a once-again eye & vision-friendly glow from all of the bold numbers...SMOOTH, I tell you! Great buy overall--especially for the low price. Moreover, getting the online/emailed warranty-protection plan is a good buy also. Not bad for $4 (for 3-year protection). Go get yourselves one of these clocks! It's well-worth it and then-some!

Nice clock, but it came slightly damaged

It's a clock. Not a lot you can say, but here's what I will say. ... It works great. It has kept time perfectly for well over a year, and I've only had to replace the battery once (a rechargeable, too, which typically don't last as long). NOTE: When I first opened it, the minute hand was bent slightly, but just enough to prevent free travel of the second hand. So, if your clock is not working, try bending the minute (or hour) hand slightly. It's easy to bend and might just keep your clock rockin'. ANOTHER NOTE: Some people are leaving bad reviews because they don't like the placement of the hands? They say you can't tell which hour it is. Have these people NEVER set a wall clock? Seriously. Just move the hand! All you have to do is manually move the hands until they're all lined up at midnight (or 6 or wherever), then move the minute hand until it's set. How have they been setting wall clocks until now if they're afraid to move the hands? The glowing is nice, though most of it fades quickly. However, we had a power failure one night and even after a few hours, I could still see the numbers from the glow. It was ever-so faint, but just enough to see the time, so that's a big plus. Overall, I really like this clock, the number are large and easy read, and it does what is says works well.

I wanted and was expecting this GLOW CLOCK to actually glow at night as needed. However, actually leaving the blinds open all day & even turning the lamp and shining the light at once I get home from work for a few hours, the supposed GLOW lasts about 2 hours. Not what I wanted at all. Unless one has to leave the clock outside during the day in direct sunlight, this thing is garbage , not worth a $1. Thats unless I'm doing something wrong with a simple GLOW CLOCK.. IJS Wish I could return it however, I threw away the box, expecting that a GLOW CLOCK would actually glow. My stupidity

I had to manually move the arms around one time after installing the battery to get it to run on time. After that, it was ok. The numbers don’t stay bright for a long time in the dark. Some light on the dial helps a lot at night.

The Plumeet Luminous Wall Clocks, 12'' Non-Ticking Silent Wooden Clock, arrived as scheduled & was well packaged for shipping & delivery. Once the clock arrived, I put in batteries & placed on the wall in my front room which is paneled. The numbers on the clock are like solar as they capture light from the room during the day & illuminate ate night. It's not too bright, just perfect & stays luminated most of the night with the lights out. At night the clock blends in well with my panel & almost looks built into the wall. I like the effect. The price was right, Looked around at other stores before looking on Amazon as I like to look, feel, & touch before buying. Everything is built so cheap today, & I found a lot of clocks that resembled this clock made of plastic & already broke in the stores. Thanks for putting out a decent product,
