This is a great gate lock
This is a superior electric gate latch. I am not sure why there have not been more reviews. It opens and closes like butter. I currently have it on a Net2Plus system from Paxton running at 12volts. It replaced the same latch that had become damaged and worn in over 10 years of use and abuse and vandalism attempts. It seems to work flawless so far.
