Why you really should do it
This is the first time ever that I bought a phone case from Apple or from any phone manufacturer in fact, here are the reasons why, especially considering the stratospheric price.Working backwards let’s actually do a reality check on that price. When anyone has the means and sophistication to choose to buy what is perhaps the most technologically advanced smartphone on the planet it is baffling and perhaps bordering on incredulous that they would then choose the cheapest rubbery plastic case to preserve and protect it. Is sixty bucks really all that much of a sacrifice to coddle your thousand buck smartphone in – really.Okay then why the leather one, it is just for showing off and going for brag rights you may ask. For me the answer is no, I have chosen real leather for about 80% of my previous phones for the one and simple reason that there is nothing like it for helping me feel secure that my phone won’t slip out of my hands under any conditions – warm, cold, damp, dry. It has always seemed illogical to me that real leather wouldn’t wear out faster than a good grade of plastic but no, I have never had one wear out before I was ready to replace my phone with a newer model. It may just be conjecture but I also believe that no manmade material has as much give to it when dinged, banged or dropped than leather. And then there’s the Baltic Blue hue that’s new this year. I usually opt for basic black because I’m not really into showing my phone off and making it a target for theft. For some reason this shade doesn’t call attention to itself, and for whatever reason just has a feel good essence to it.Apple makes the phone so they should know something about the cutouts and raised edges around the screen and those huge camera lenses and it turns out that yes they do. Everything fits like, well, a glove including the one thing that I am ultra picky about that so many cases never get exactly right. I’m talking about the buttons. The buttons on the 12 pro series didn’t just come about by accident, they were very carefully designed to be slightly different this go around and if I had my preference I wouldn’t put a case on my phone at all, but that would be sheer folly. Unlike almost any case I can think of they chose to use a hybrid leather covered metal button here that actually has its own slight snap to it, so every button press is met with a soft reassuring click whether you are aware of it or not. Then finally there’s magsafe, something this manufacture seems to be holding on to with an iron grip. No one’s cases and no one’s charging disks are exactly the same as Apple’s and no one’s work together in unison like this case does with a 12 series phone. I won’t touch that argument about the slight discoloration because it is a non issue and absolutely not a cause for a negative review. They are very clear about what’s happening and why and make it clear upfront – if you can’t accept that as the way it is make the simple decision not to buy this case. It doesn’t bother me one bit.

Perfect leather case for an older iPhone — love it!
It’s been so hard to find a good case for my older iPhone, but I’m so glad I found this one. It’s real leather, the color is absolutely beautiful (even better in person), and it fits perfectly.I love that it’s an Apple product and it was available at such a great price. It looks and feels premium — I couldn’t be happier with this case!

A great case, but pricey for the quality.
Apple iPhone 12 Pro Clear MagSafe Case: Striking a Balance Between Style and Protection (Overall: 8.75/10)Apple's iPhone 12 Pro Clear MagSafe Case offers a compelling proposition for iPhone 12 Pro owners who want to flaunt their device's sleek design without sacrificing significant protection. Here's a detailed breakdown of my experience with this case, highlighting its strengths and a couple of minor drawbacks to consider.Crystal Clear and Long-lasting Clarity (10/10): This case lives up to its name. The high-quality polycarbonate material delivers exceptional transparency, showcasing the iPhone 12 Pro's beautiful design in all its glory. Unlike some clear cases that turn yellow over time, Apple claims this one utilizes a special coating to resist color fading, ensuring long-lasting clarity. This was a major selling point for me, and so far, after a few months of use, the case remains impeccably clear.Premium Build Quality (10/10): Apple delivers its usual high standards when it comes to build quality. The case feels incredibly sturdy and well-constructed in the hand. The buttons are responsive and clicky, offering a satisfying tactile experience. The MagSafe ring is seamlessly integrated into the back, ensuring a perfect fit for MagSafe accessories and wireless chargers. Overall, this case feels like a premium product that complements the iPhone 12 Pro's design language perfectly.Solid Protection with a Caveat (9/10): This case offers a good level of protection against everyday bumps and scratches. The raised edges around the camera bump provide additional peace of mind. However, it's important to remember that this is a clear case, and it's not designed for heavy-duty protection. If you're prone to dropping your phone frequently or engage in rigorous activities, a more rugged case might be a better option.MagSafe: Convenience at its Finest (10/10): The integrated MagSafe ring is a game-changer. Snapping on MagSafe chargers and accessories feels effortless and satisfying. The magnets are strong enough to hold the phone securely, even when jostled around. This makes wireless charging a breeze and opens up a world of possibilities for MagSafe peripherals.Aesthetics vs. Affordability (6.5/10): Let's talk about the price. Apple's MagSafe case comes with a premium price tag. While the build quality and materials justify some of the cost, it's definitely on the higher end compared to other clear cases on the market. Value perception is subjective, but for some, the price might be a deterrent. The Verdict (8.75/10): Overall, the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Clear MagSafe Case is a fantastic option for users who prioritize style and clarity without compromising on everyday protection. The exceptional build quality, flawless MagSafe integration, and long-lasting transparency make it a compelling choice. However, the price tag might be a sticking point for some. If you can stomach the cost and prioritize a clear, premium case, this is a winner. If you need ultimate drop protection or a more budget-friendly option, you might want to consider exploring other cases on the market.

Sleek and solid
This phone case is sleek and handsome and does not hide the inherent beauty of the iPhone. It is easy to set up and use. It is not clumsy and clunky like the highly touted phone cases that claim to be unbreakable.

I do not recommend. This is not an Apple product
*Don’t buy this phone case*It’s not as described. The case fits and looks great, but it disables the find my function on my Apple MagSafe wallet. The wallet works perfectly on my phone directly a with other genuine Apple phone cases, but it looses the function when attached to this case. The magnetic connection is strong, but this case somehow breaks the communication between the phone and the wallet. This defeats the purpose for me of purchasing this particular case. It also leaves me suspicious as to the authenticity of this being a genuine Apple product. I believe it’s a knock off. The return window is extremely short and it didn’t occur to me initially that this function wasn’t operating.* Update*I was told to check the serial number on the case against the serial number on the box and they do not match. This is not an Apple product.
