Very Good Case So Far
I purchased this case a few months ago and I happen to really like it. I was looking for something inexpensive and not bulky that would offer above average protection for my phone and I have found this one works for me. Very easy to install and feels secure, the phone does not wiggle around inside the case or anything like that. The case itself has a non slip type material on the outside which I thought would be a problem getting into my pocket etc., (it's not) and I actually like the feel. Volume buttons are covered and are all still easy to push etc., still have access to the charging port without having to remove a tab or plug. Very functional. I have dropped my phone twice from a regular distance of about 3 or 4 feet on a concrete surface and upon inspection, no damage what so ever to the phone. It does not have a cover over the face of the phone (not water proof) but I like not having that anyway. Overall, it's holding up well but does have a few noticeable scratches on the case but it's protecting the phone from getting dinged up which is why I purchased in the first place.

Affordable and Strong
I've had this for a few months now and it's holding up very well. I have an iphone 5S that is a couple of years old. A few months before my 2 year agreement was up the phone started acting up a lot - I couldn't take calls, the sound dropped, it wouldn't switch off headset mode. I had a LifeProof case on for most of the time I owned it. The LifeProof case QUICKLY lost it's water "Proofness" then slowly the rest started to break down. I wanted to find an affordable case to keep on my phone while I waited out the contract and tried to decide if I wanted to deal with getting a new phone. I bought this case along with the Tempered Glass screen protector. Total price for both was under $20 and my LifeProof case was over $75!I have two ten year olds and we all drop the phone often. there is some scratching on the edges of the case, but they're barely noticeable, the phone inside is still perfect. I also love that this is small enough to fit in my pocket and I don't need an adapter to plug into my car.

Great case after I fixed warped rubber
I installed my phone immediately upon arrival and the bottom width (runs across the phone just beneath the home button) is warped and protrudes outward away from the body of the phone, leaving an air gap between the bottom edge of the phone and the rubber casing.I am hoping this is just a one-off. I am going to reorder and hope for the best. This is a highly reviewed item.***UPDATE*** Just before I packed this up to return it, I decided to try my hand at fixing the warped rubber. It's such a small deformation, and really only an aesthetic inconvenience, but otherwise a great looking and feeling case. I didn't want to go several days without a case so I decided that if I could get rid of the deformation, I would keep this one. It was pretty easy actually - I used a hot air gun (blow dryer should work) and applied heat from a couple inches away for two 5-10 second intervals, pressing the deformation back into the rectangluar shape after each application. The rectangular shape held after the second application, albeit there is a slightly visible melting mark and thumbprint where I pressed in. At the end of the day, it's a great case for the price!

Fits well, durable, looks nice
This case fit my phone very well. Doesn’t get stuck in my pocket, slides out easily. It looks very sleek, and doesn’t feel cheap. Provides a good level of protection without being too bulky.

This case is really nice. The soft rubber inner skin keeps phone protected ...
This case is really nice. The soft rubber inner skin keeps phone protected from falls and the hard outer shell adds a nice extra layer of protection. This case is pretty well designed. The hard outer shell is made from some kind or grippy material so it sticks in my hand nicely and I don't worry or fear that i'll drop my phone while holding it. The inner rubber skin has these neat little nubbies that stick out above the outer shell to help absorb some impact in case of a fall. Even with those nubbies and grippy material, the phone slides in and out of my pocket with ease and never gets stuck like I thought it would. This is a huge plus because as we all know jeans these days are getting slimmer fits, some of them a little too slim. My only gripe is the the cutout for the sound/silent switch could use a small tweek. The cutout lets you swich the phone from silent to sound easily. However, from sound to silent, there's not much room to get your finger in there and switch it to silent. I think if the cutout had about 1 or 2mm's taken off from the top section, that this case would be perfect. Just my 2 cents but don't let that stop you from buying this case. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Sturdy, but lacking
The Good:-Durable. The plastic part of the case seems tough. I do not expect it to crack. The polycarbonate backplate is a nice touch, though I'm not sure how this affects the durability of the case of its effectiveness-Looks and feels nice. The materials seem of good quality-Not too bulky, considering its heft-Well pricedThe Bad-It's slippery. Not as slippery as other cases, but slippery enough that I juggle my phone at least once a week. The slipperyness is due to the polycarbonate backplate.-The ringer switch is hard to reach. This is pretty infuriating. The cutout for the switch is simply too small to get anything but the smallest of fingers through. If you've got large fingers or short nails, it can be a struggle. I was used to being able to switch my phone to silent while it was still in my pocket (something I do multiple times a day at work), but now I have to take it out of my pocket and dig my finger into the case to flip the switch.
