I have two bulging disc in my neck that triggers muscle spasms. I purchased this product to help with pain relief. What a great product. Simply doing a few stretches when the pain starts up, helps so much. I have had this problem for years and finally got sick of waiting weeks for the inflamation and pain to fade away. This product sped up the healing. I recommend highly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I recommend using a mouth guard. I liked this product. It worked incredibly well for the first twenty uses. After that, the inside began to break down along with the durability of the rope, but mostly the mechanism inside the blue box. I think it's probably worth the 30 bucks to try it, even if you only get a couple of dozen uses. About a buck a use. lol It definitely brings relief and straightens out your upper spine/neck, but it broke down relatively quickly. For reference, my weight is just under 200 pounds.

This thing kind of works. The head harness fits pretty good and is more or less comfortable. The main problem is that you can't get enough force. I'm a big strong guy and I really need some pull. This thing has some kind of ratchet that slips after about 10 lbs of force is applied. Doesn't work for me. May be okay for someone more delicate.

It seems well made and sturdy for my big ol head. It’s nowhere near as nice as what I do at my chiropractor but at the end of the day it’s great to do at home for some instant relief.

Dangerous. I got 1 good stretch out of this device before it malfunctioned. While performing the neck stretch, the pulley failed, causing me to have a hard fall onto the ground. Not durable & the pulley is cheaply made. I will say, the neck harness actually seemed pretty solid. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, especially someone thats a little older, as they could have a fall that puts them on the hospital.

I love the fact that I can have this set up and running in a minute and the same for breakdown. However, I broke the link between the door hook and the bracket you hook the hammock to. I think this is because I hold the cord and may be bypassing the pressure relief to get the stretch I need. I end up hanging my entire weight on it (140+ ish). I replaced the d ring thing with a piece of coat hanger that I wrapped through a few times. *I think it broke because I was bypassing the relief aspect. I still love this and use it every couple of days or as needed and will buy another but upgrade the connector :-) The day after I used this it sounded like a box of pop rocks went off in my neck when I got up from my nap and a lot of my pain and chronic neck popping has stopped since I started using it. I also don't have to use near as much weight to feel the pull if I use it consistently which the design makes and easy pleasure.

It’s very cheap feeling, the little plastic finger guard release cover launched itself and It’s nowhere to be found. I’m going to give it a couple more days to see if I have a change of heart but it’s not going to change the lack of quality. If it works for what I need then it can feel cheap, it’s the end result that it matters!

Good for a weight oof less than or equal to 20kg. Would break if it holds any body part(s) weighing more than 20kg.

lol what a joke of a device. The models they use for their images must all be 4'0 tall. I'm 6'2 and could not find any way to use this. Standing up is impossible on a regular door. Kneeling down is impossible to do for 20-30 mins. Sitting in the chair didn't work either. The most cheapest materials used for this. Do NOT waste your money and I feel for all the others with chronic neck pain
