Great and handy. It is true it changes colour on high flame, but it is sturdy and extremely useful especially to keep small vessels on the burner.

Color on heating changes to red/blue
These plates can withstand heat and gas flames. The steel plate turns red hot on flames and the color of it turns blueish/black permanently.

very nice product ,i am giving the review after one year of usage ,really very convenient to use on burner, stainless steel will really a good option as it is ,particularly this product is rust proof
