But I wanted to leave a review for this product seeing that it hasn't been reviewed before.When we were looking for a chandelier, here are what we wanted:1. a modern look2. 130 inches3. LED (or LED capability)4. would be easy to cleanA lot of the chandeliers I came across from my search were the ones with the little crystals, which I thought would be harder & time consuming to clean. With this, I can easily clean each crystal. After sooooo many searches, I stumbled upon this one. From the description and looks I knew we would love it, but there were no reviews. I thought 'well, I'd just return it if it's not what I want", so I purchased it.I must say we love it. It has three transitions (LED included as seen in video) and it has brightness preferences.I definitely recommend!!!P.S: George finance wrote this review because he still didn't want to write one lol.

After remodeling our house, we needed a chandelier for our vaulted dining area. After shopping around everywhere, I resorted to Amazon and found this GEM. It was more than I wanted to spend, but worth every penny! Our house turned out beautiful after the remodel, but this chandelier is the cherry on top... add so much value and is the best part of the house! Highly recommend.

We purchased the 28-light fixture back in March of this year and had it installed in April. Giving the height at which it had to be installed and the weight of the item the process was very complicated and the installation required special equipment. Reinforcements had to be placed in the attic. Between the cost of the item itself and the cost of installation it was a pretty expensive chandelier but at first it looked like it's definitely worth the money since it really looked beautiful and immediately became the center piece of our house. But shortly after, the problems began. At first it would sometimes take long to turn on, you'd flip the switch and it would flicker for a minute or so before it would turn on. Being LED it was odd that it acts like a bad fluorescent bulb. Then, it became dim, almost like a night light - we didn't really need this for its light and only used it as an accent light so we didn't mind the brightness issue as much but still it was annoying that after spending so much on this fixture it wasn't working properly only a couple months after it was installed. But rhe worst part? It completely stopped working in August of the same year and wouldn't turn on at all anymore - so it only lasted a total of 4-5 months of inconsistent working.Now, I understand that sometimes a defective piece can leave the factory and this is why warranties are a thing, but since it's been more than 6 months Amazon will not do anything about it and are referring me to the seller/manufacturer which is unreachable. I sent emails, I tried calling (the number doesn't even work) and to no avail. It says that they have 8 years warranty in the listing details but you can't reach them if you need anything. We are very disappointing and feel cheated. We're disappointed that the seller will not stand by their product or respond to our emails and even more disappointed that Amazon does not help in any way even though the seller is on THEIR platform.So, close to $2000 later we're now left with a none working chandelier in the middle of our house and no idea how much more it would cost to replace it. And no help from the seller, manufacturer or Amazon.I'd stay away if I were you.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent addition!Zero issues, and veryyyy eye catching. Dont hesitate if you are questioning. 20 lights on 20 ft ceilings is perfect i wouldnt choose any less that 20.

The fixture is cool but was somewhat difficult to install, I did not receive pairing instructions with the remote but to pair it you long press the on button on the remote when you turn the light on. The light will flash 3 times showing it’s paired.
