I am going to gym since last 6 months and I didn't knew the importance of these Resistance bands. So, now when I have finally realized the important of stretching, I am using these QUXIS resistance bands. These are so good, ideal for everyone going to gym as stretching is also important and not just weight training.

The length should be mora so that it may used the supplied item is very small
The length is too small for use if you are replacing then the length should be more to be used by an adult.
