I Love this replacement pack. I have 2 elite controllers and the one with the original hardware I gave to my husband. The quality of the hardware is really good honestly. I actually prefer it to the original, but the case weave is really rough to the touch and the charger inside the case doesn’t have a suede cover like the original does. The Xbox logo on this case is also raised and thicker than I like so I gave the case and charger to my husband and kept the original. (I own the Xbox and controllers, he owns the playstation and we don’t always play together. The original hardware controller is the “backup”.)All in all, it was a great product for my needs, but if you’ve got sensory needs with the case or like things to be uniform and the same as the original, this may not be right for you.The grips on the toggles are different as well, I like these thumb pads better, the texture is nicer in my opinion, but definitely different.I have been using mine for the majority of the year. Since March it’s now December and there is no wear on the hardware. They seem to be holding up really nicely. I think the last for a long time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I thought it would feel cheaper but the sticks are metal and hold great. The box holds the controller and all the accessories without a problem. Charger works fine. Product delivered above expectations so 5 stars.

Would be a 5 star product if the case wasn’t shrunken & miss shaped, so much in fact, that you can NOT put a elite controller in the case to charge, like you can with every other one I own.Product quality is also a bit on the sub-par side.Don’t buy this brand, find one of the others on Amazon, this one has been a HUGE disappointment.
