This works great! Now I can safely make and can my own salsa without making it taste sour from too much lime.This device does include a plastic bulb syringe. I finally found out that it is to measure out a small amount of your calibration test liquid so you don’t contaminate the whole batch.Very precise and a good recipe saver!

I make apple vinegar - this meter is so easy to use & easy to read. I love it!

The green tip dissolved in distilled water. What would cause that? Seemed to work well until that happened.

The instructions are a bit unclear and gives you instructions for mixing a powder but the package we received either it was already mixed with liquid or it came as a liquid. I did follow the calibration instructions and tested my product and did get my desired reading.

I think this works but it is nearly impossible to get a stable reading.
